I work with adults navigating relationship issues and women's mental health. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Early sessions focus on understanding what matters to you and agreeing on a direction together.
My style is client-centred, direct, solution-focused. You decide what we talk about and how deep we go. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
