I work with adults navigating anxiety and ADHD support (adult). People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Early sessions focus on understanding what matters to you and agreeing on a direction together.
My style is practical, direct, structured. Nothing is rushed; we work with what feels manageable. I work entirely by telehealth, which many people find easier to fit around work and family.
