I work with adults navigating work-related issues and parenting. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Sessions are unhurried — we start wherever feels most pressing for you that day.
My style is reflective, trauma-informed, compassionate. We go at your pace, and you set the direction. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions — whichever suits your week.
