About Hiroshi

Trauma-informed and boundary-aware — we go at your pace, and you set the direction.

I work with adults navigating depression and stress and burnout. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Sessions are unhurried — we start wherever feels most pressing for you that day.

My style is trauma-informed, boundary-aware, practical. There's no script — we work with what you bring. I work entirely by telehealth, which many people find easier to fit around work and family.
