People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Sessions are unhurried — we start wherever feels most pressing for you that day.
My style is structured, solution-focused, reflective. We go at your pace, and you set the direction. I work entirely by telehealth, which many people find easier to fit around work and family.
