About Alice
“Practical and compassionate — you decide what we talk about and how deep we go.”
I work with adults navigating anxiety and relationship issues. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Early sessions focus on understanding what matters to you and agreeing on a direction together.
My style is practical, compassionate, solution-focused. Nothing is rushed; we work with what feels manageable. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions — whichever suits your week.
