About Oliver

Trauma-informed and collaborative — nothing is rushed; we work with what feels manageable.

I work with adults navigating relationship issues and life transitions. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Sessions are unhurried — we start wherever feels most pressing for you that day.

My style is trauma-informed, collaborative, boundary-aware. You decide what we talk about and how deep we go. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
