About William

Evidence-informed and culturally responsive — you decide what we talk about and how deep we go.

I work with adults navigating work-related issues and depression. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Sessions are unhurried — we start wherever feels most pressing for you that day.

My style is evidence-informed, culturally responsive, structured, compassionate. There's no script — we work with what you bring. I see clients in person — some conversations are easier in the same room.
