About Matthew

Collaborative and evidence-informed — you decide what we talk about and how deep we go.

I work with adults navigating work-related issues and life transitions. People often come to me when things have been building for a while and it's hard to know where to start — you don't need the right words to begin. Expect questions, not verdicts — you're the expert on your own life.

My style is collaborative, evidence-informed, structured, practical. We go at your pace, and you set the direction. I work entirely by telehealth, which many people find easier to fit around work and family.
